The Children’s Bella dress and tee is a semi-fitted pattern intended for knit fabrics. It comes in a hemmed top length or below-knee dress length with a ruffled or banded hem. There are options for a gathered center front, a solid center front, or a color-blocked front. Optional unique pockets add style lines and functionality. Dolman sleeves can be short, long, or bishop style. This garment can be sewn on a sewing machine or a serger, but does require a sewing machine or coverstitch machine if you wish to hem, gather, and topstitch.

Includes lots of pictures with step by step instructions for sizes Newborn through 12 years (approximate ages). For the best fit, take current measurements and compare against the size chart. If in between sizes, you can size down for a better fit now or size up for room to grow.

You will need approximately 1/2 to 1 1/2 yd of a 50% 4-way stretch knit.
**This pattern is best suited for Cotton Lycra, Rayon Spandex, and Bamboo Spandex. If you do use a lightweight fabric, such as Rayon Spandex, I recommend adding clear elastic to the shoulder seams to avoid stretching out over time.**

You will be able to download the printable sewing pattern and instructions you can then print at home on US letter 8.5×11” or A4 paper (you will not receive a physical copy of the pattern). This also includes a Projector file and an A0 Printshop file. You will need a PDF viewer (the free version of Adobe is recommended).
