Easy to follow sewing pattern for a stretchy headwrap that can be worn as a scrub cap, chemo hat, or just a comfy head cover. This is the pattern I created for my bestselling Stretchy Scrub Caps sold here:

Traditional scrub caps are made from woven material, but as scrubs themselves have evolved the caps have not… until now 😉 The wearer can customize their fit by folding band up, tightening or loosening ties, and tucking excess fabric into band. Ties can be tied around a bun, in a knot, or in a bow.
Includes lots of pictures with step by step instructions for 2 sizes with suggestion for button placement (to hold mask elastic).
Size S fits average women’s size, best for head circumference 20-22” (Size up if a looser fit is preferred)
Size M fits average men’s size, best for head circumference 22- 24”
Requires 1/2 yd of a stretch knit (cotton lycra is best, with at least 5% spandex content).
You will be able to download the printable sewing pattern and instructions you can then print at home on US letter 8.5×11” or A4 paper (you will not recieve a physical copy of the pattern). You will need a PDF viewer (the free version of Adobe is recommended). Also includes an A0 size file for printing or projector use.

• Rotary cutter & mat
• Ruler for straight edges
• Fabric- 1/2 yd of a stretch knit (at least 50% 4-way stretch), Cotton Lycra (95/5) is best for this project
• Sewing machine or serger
• All purpose thread for sewing machine

• 4 cones regular serger thread for serger
• Clips/Pins
• Scissors
• Iron and ironing board
• Ballpoint / stretch needles
• Printer and paper
